Book a 45 minute consultation and taster session for any of our modalities. This will be deducted if you book a further session with us.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. We have a No Refund Policy on cancellations - for appointments, sessions, packages, or any other Services provided by our clinic - if the cancellation is requested after 24 ours in advance of the Service booked. To request a refund, reschedule, or cancellation of a Service booked or other related questions, you can contact us at contact@thepainmanagementclinic.com or use your account on our website to edit your booking. Please note that refund requests are subject to approval. Refunds We will notify you to let you know if a refund request is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
